No problems so far after one month of use. I have been doing a lot a transferring between PC and mp3 player with no problems. The transfer speed is very quick; I was impressed. Construction seems as solid as an SD card can be. For best performance, I formatted with the Panasonic Formatting Tool, instead of letting windows do it. Happy with purchase.

There doesn’t seem to be any defects with the merchandise, and that’s always a plus. It’s very easy to use, just stick it into the desktop/laptop and your computer will recognize it. Think of it as having an extra few gigs of memory that’s part of the computer.
