5 Stars Great value
Boy you can’t beat this price. I’m using it for my Panasonic HMC150. The bundeled card reader works a lot faster than the SD slot in my laptop — go figure (Dell XPS M1530), so it’s nice having both options.
I saw one reviewer complain that the included reader is not the one pictured, and that the packaging was awful. That wasn’t the case for me – I have exactly the USB reader in the photo, and it was skrink-wrapped together with the card just like you’d see in a retail store. Perfect.
5 Stars good
it does what its supposed to and it does it well!! what more can i say?
4 Stars It works properly and doesn’t cost much
I was a bit concerned by reports of trouble with this combo, but mine worked fine right out of the box. I guess it was pre-formatted since the camera recognized it immediately. Writing is not blazingly fast, but it’s not slow either. After 400 shots and many reader transfers, I’m happy with it.
5 Stars As desribed.
Good card, nice added feature w/ the USB adapter. I wish the SD card would slide into the adapter from the bottom, but I knew what I was getting going into this transaction.
1 Star Mine broke in 6 months
Bottom line, this product crapped out on me within six months. Luckily I had already backed up my baby pictures. What if I hadn’t? Baby pictures aren’t exactly replaceable.. In fairness to Transcend their tech support has been responsive, but the amount of time I spent running their recovery software and attempting to have them replace this product far exceeds the $40 I paid for the product. Having excessive e-mail correspondence with tech support and filling out on-line applications to get product fixed/replaced is not what anyone has in mind when they buy a memory stick. Stay away from this one folks..
