I bought this to replace a Kodak I sold before it’s time. I bought this camera for it’s price and because once I had a Sony camera with the same megapixel rating as a friend’s Samsung and the resulting pictures were overwhelmingly inferior. The Sony which I thought would be a great camera took mediocre pictures, the Samsung took excellent pictures. So I am buying this based on that experience. I hope my Samsung pictures are half as good as the ones my buddy took with his Samsung.

I got this camera for my kids (ages 6 and 8). We used it at Yellowstone. The color was good (better at times than my Canon Elph). There are lots of functions-more than I would ever use, but the kids enjoyed them! Battery life was good (we used camera batteries). Bottom line, this is a fun, easy to use camera that takes really good pictures.
